To volunteer with the band, you must be an approved MISD volunteer. Fill out the consent for a background check form. It must be personally signed by you. This is required by MISD. It will be submitted to MISD for processing. Then, fill out the volunteer form. We will use this information to contact you when MISD completes your background check and you are approved to volunteer.
